ICHABOD is more than just a new film by first time Director, Rick Ramage. . .
The Headless Horseman.
ICHABOD has been what some describe as "the latest infusion of lifeblood to the Denver Film Industry".
Rick Ramage and his production partners have been and continue to be, very successful in Los Angeles; but are dedicated to the town they love, Denver. For that, we owe Mr. Ramage and his talented partners a great deal.
ICHABOD is in final post-production and is slated for distribution and release by late summer or early fall this year.
I was very fortunate to have been selected to create the role of CLAUS, the barkeep of the Knickerbocker Tavern.

The sets were magnificent.

and something I found fascinating, the Cyclorama used to surround the entire village of Sleepy Hollow, was the largest, single Cyc. ever used in film history! A detail that must appear seamless and unnoticed to the public eye, but to the filmmakers of the world, a marvelous important "character" of the story.

I am grateful to the many and extreme talents that went into the making of ICHABOD. I am indebted to the executives who financed and believed in Mr. Ramages' vision that started in the early 1980's, when Rick Ramage adapted and wrote the musical version and first had it staged in Denver.
Even more remarkable, fulfilling his pledge to that original cast, that he would remember them when, one day, he would develop the stage production, into a screenplay and shoot it!
Thank you most of all, Rick Ramage, for your persistence, your vision and your committment to the industry of film in Denver, Colorado.
I am a huge fan!
